Shipping Rates

Orders over $45 CAD qualify for free standard shipping before discounts.

Orders of $45 CAD or less are charged a flat $4.50 CAD standard shipping fee.
Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing and Delivery
Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation where available. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and other circumstances outside our control.
We will communicate any significant shipping delays when we become aware of them. All delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear after an order has shipped.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived or arrives damaged, please contact us at salam@amalahijabs.com. Include your order number and any relevant photos.
We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping provider to determine the appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
